When was the last time you used the neck stretcher?
While you never want to overdo neck work, the neck stretcher can offer so much when used thoughtfully.
I find it incredibly useful for relieving neck and shoulder tension. I often get this feeling of lightness and space afterward (it feels airy, if that makes sense).
It’s also a wonderful tool for helping both you and your students understand how to lift and lengthen the back more effectively. I often think about that connection in exercises like Rowing 2, Short Box, Spine Stretch Forward and many more.
