First video with a voiceover! 🫢 As I said in the video, I didn’t feel like working out so I got started with no plan in mind and did what just *felt good*. I ended up practicing some exercises I usually skip and of course felt accomplished as soon as I was done! Gentle reminder that pilates is for practice and not perfection. You can still get a great workout in even if you don’t feel like it and don’t have a plan! 💪

Thoughts during this workout as someone who didn’t reaaaaallly feel motivated to work out.
Slide 1: the good ‘ole 100. I don’t mind it here.
Slide 2: okay roll up feels a bit sticky but let’s keep going
Slide 3: shoulder roll down feels good, let’s try for the pulls with hips lifted… *instant regret*
Slide 4: ahhh thank you rolling stomach massage goodness
Slide 5: okay heating up series of 5
Slide 6: since we’re trying things let’s try airplane for the first time in a while….. eeeeek this needs work
Slide 7: love knee stretches with the roll back bar! rolling in and out why are you so hard
Slide 8: ugh I don’t remember my feet position. I need to practice this more 🫠
