Present Work III: for/with Mathilde
Doorbells found in Athens, book fragment found in Athens
2026 Steel, lamp copied from @georges.ju.ay work ,screen-printed posters
60 × 80 cm
2026 Present Works (2026) is a series of sculptures composed of four small bed-shaped plinths, each holding 500 copies of a different poster. Each poster features an image of a small illuminated sculpture made from materials available in the artist’s studio and addressed to specific individuals as gifts. Within the setting of each image, a portal toward other spaces emerges — spaces that belong more to the realm of intimacy. The title carries a double meaning (present: gift / present: present time): it considers the act of giving and addressing as a central gesture within an artistic practice, while also pointing to a methodology grounded in the necessity of producing quickly and prioritizing the act of address over the produced object. The reproduction of the original sculptures as images — and therefore their physical absence — questions how we perceive the figure of the artist addressing the world at large. Thank you to Elfi for the initial invitation. Thank you to the Frac team — @pauline_pre , @emdavincente , and Céline Chabat — for their precious help with production and installation. Thank you to @simondenise , @lucas_hosteing_ , @jonnathan_marti , @boris_camaca , @for.nothing_______ , and @morgane_leferec for lending equipment and offering thoughtful advice. Thank you to @les_ateliers_wonder , without whom nothing would have been possible. A HUGE thank you to @adelouballif , who helped me tremendously with these works.

Marcelo
In collaboration with @janji.couture
Steel, wood, paint, LED lights, wheels, textile,
printed floor plan
2026 Marcelo (2026) is a sculpture in the form of a storage bed whose structure follows the architectural outline of the Frac MÉCA exhibition space. Closed, and covered with bedsheets co-designed with the artist Jeanne Gilois, it offers an invitation to rest — both for the public and for the Frac MÉCA team. When opened, the bed reveals a scale model of the exhibition space in which, throughout the duration of the exhibition, the artist placed objects they received as gifts from friends. After the exhibition, Marcelo is donated to Frac MÉCA to serve as a tool for mediation, experimentation, and rest. Thank you to Elfi for the initial invitation. Conceived and produced with @carolinerosecurdy , Solo Hotel is an in situ sculpture created for Aperto, the project space of the @fondationpernodricard , designed to host artist residencies, exhibitions, public gatherings, and workshops. Solo Hotel serves utilitarian functions that respond to the fundamental needs of its users. A series of three events was programmed, inviting artists and theorists to leave and inscribe their marks, permanently and visibly. A unit within another unit, the piece negotiates its function — between an institution and an exhibition space — embedding itself within and existing inside another structure. As it evolves through various invitations, SOLO HOTEL takes on hybrid forms, expanding through the addition of new structures . A small publication for each occasion, designed by @emilieferrat (@espaceness )the format of a door hanger, will accompany each intervention. The third (***) presents Stedman, Lorraine, Denise, Doris and Derloy, a collaboration between artists @eleni_papazoglou_ and @xavetmichel .Through performative gestures and a series of interventions on the sculpture, they question maintenance and the flows of passage within hotel rooms. 🙏 @noepac @franck_balland @antoniascintilla @jerome_valton @tomcazin @les_ateliers_wonder

The second event (**) presents I’m grateful for the view... but this looks like a no-sex scenario, a collection of works by @georges.ju.ay and @louischaumier_ . Exploring the feeling of boredom within the specific context of a hotel room, they propose a series of pieces and drawings to be seen as playful attempts to escape it or live comfortably in it. 🙏 @noepac @franck_balland @antoniascintilla @jerome_valton @tomcazin @les_ateliers_wonder

SOLO HOTEL* Conceived and produced with @carolinerosecurdy , Solo Hotel is an in situ sculpture created for Aperto, the project space of the Fondation d’Entreprise Pernod Ricard, designed to host artist residencies, exhibitions, public gatherings, and workshops. A unit within another unit, the piece negotiates its function — between an institution and an exhibition space — embedding itself within and existing inside another structure. As it evolves through various invitations, SOLO HOTEL takes on hybrid forms, expanding through the addition of new structures and the telephone broadcast of sound-based works. A small publication, designed by @emilieferrat (@espaceness ) in the format of a door hanger, will accompany each intervention. The first one (*) presents Alpha Amylase, a work by @svchv in dialogue with a text by @marouanebkt — to be read here and online, and listened to through the SOLO HOTEL telephone. BIG BIG THANKS TO @noepac @franck_balland @antoniascintilla @tom_cazin @jerome_valton @les_ateliers_wonder and all the friends for their immense support Without them it wouldn’t have been possible ♥️♥️♥️

VOUS AVEZ UN CHIEN _ With @plaisirscoupables on the occasion of « Dans ma chambre », curated by @lumiere_kebab (📸-slide 4), @__anna__milone and Luca Avanzini at @centrecultureljeancocteau — Assis. Text by @plaisirscoupables ✨ 🙏 @les_ateliers_wonder
