As we end our Joburg run of Puccini's Tosca, it's with even greater appreciation and humility that I share this...50 years ago, one of the greatest voices of our time graced the very same stage that we today perform on. Tito Gobbi was here doing Scarpia in Puccini's Tosca. I am truly humbled by the thought alone that I get to perform the very same role he was so famous for, on the very same stage he performed this role.
Once more a big thank you to everyone involved for making this such a memorable experience. I could not have asked for a better team of colleagues and friends to have shared this musical journey with.

Also making his debut as Nadir is Paladino Strauss a.k.a and Brittany Smith reprising her role as Leila. Reuben Mbonambi will be performing the role of Nourabad. It’s a privilege to share the stage with you guys.
To the Cape Town Opera Chorus, u guys are fantastic as always. And as always thank you for your support. It is an honour to be on stage and have the opportunity to listen to you.
