The Converging Perspectives art show showcases the diverse talents of 20 senior Drawing and Painting BFA students from Cal State University Fullerton. Hosted at the Creative Aid Gallery, this exhibition features large-scale paintings, drawings, sculptures, and more. In collaboration with CSUF design students, the painting and drawing students bring their unique perspectives together. This coming art show on June 11th is a goal fulfilled for the CREATIVE AID Gallery. Michael Villanueva is our featured artist for this month. This is his very first art show, featuring 5 of his incredible paintings. I started the CREATIVE AID Gallery for the purpose of providing a platform for new & upcoming artists the opportunity to showcase their art & creativity. To give them the guidance, knowledge and experience on what it takes to do a show; from curation, installation, marketing, engagement and to even sale of their work and the follow ups. This is a hands on master class experience into gallery showing. I am also debuting my newest collection of artwork. In honor of the Dana Point Symphony concert performance at the MV Kaleidoscope. This new collection features extraordinary musicians who have made incredible impact in the creativity of music. Michael’s vivid and colorful paintings are a beautiful contrast to my simplified black & white graphic paintings. I am truly excited for this delightful collaboration. Thank you Space In The Gap and the Mission Viejo Kaleidoscope for the partnership and collaboration. It’s only been a month since our first show together and I’m extremely excited for upcoming future shows we will do together!

We now have a CREATIVE AID Art Gallery residency at the @missionviejolife Kaleidoscope in collaboration with @spaceinthegap This is an art gallery space that will give aspiring artists, creatives, designers & creators a gallery platform to show case their art and creativity. Please join us this Friday (5/7) for the official launch date of this amazing residency! Kicking off this gallery residency is my Real Heroes collection. I am currently forming a CREATIVE AID committee to help me put together a curating process to help artists go through the learning process of putting together a show, pricing, marketing, promoting and interacting with the public in preparation for gallery openings.
