⬇️ Save this one ⚠️📥 You might have noticed that the @concept2inc StrengthErg follows a purely concentric movement pattern. Within the Hyrox space, that’s exactly what we want. You need to be explosive off the ground in your burpees, driving power through your chest. On both the SkiErg and RowErg, we rely on a concentric movement pattern through the lats. On the sled pull, power comes concentrically from the hips through the core into the lats. And with wall balls, we need the upper chest and shoulders, while the lats provide stability. On top of that, muscular endurance is key; so we want to target higher rep ranges in training. This is one of my favorite workouts so far: 1’ max reps press 1’ rest 1’ max reps pull 1’ rest × 6–8 sets Happy training, athletes ❤️

The C2 rower…I live and die by the Concept2 rower. This single piece of equipment was the reason my back rehab after a motocross accident 10 years ago truly worked! Now we do it “for fun”. To Greg and the team, thanks for your continued support of The Tactical Games!

This iteration was painstakingly upgraded with gray powder coating, unique hydrographics, and great attention to detail. Check out what @1one.athletics is doing with the Concept2 StrengthErgs. The Concept2 StrengthErg isn’t conditioning. It’s measurable fatigue training. 400m sprinters: 50 seconds 200m sprinters: 30 seconds. Average power force tells the story.
