🎬🔥 MASTERS MAGIC AT THE TTFC 🔥🎬
The 2026 Canadian Masters Indoor Track & Field Championships, held alongside the Ontario Masters Championships, delivered an unforgettable weekend of competition, camaraderie, and inspiration at the Toronto Track & Field Centre. 🏟️💥
More than 400 athletes proved that passion for track & field knows no age limit, including 102-year-old Singh Sekhon, who competed in four events over two days and won them all in the men’s 100+ category. Truly incredible. 👏✨
The weekend also saw Athletics Ontario CEO and Olympian Paul Osland step onto the competition floor in the M60 division, delivering strong performances and helping power a Canadian record-setting (pending ratification) 4×800m relay team. 🔥
And one of the weekend’s most extraordinary performances came from Wendy Alexis of the Ottawa Lions Track & Field Club, who set a new W70 world record in the 60m, blazing down the track in 9.07s (pending ratification). For Wendy, it’s yet another remarkable addition to a record book she has filled many times over! 💨 👟
Now relive the energy, emotion, and unforgettable moments through the lens of Conor Nesbitt, who captured the championships in a way only he can. 🎥
What a weekend! We can’t wait to do it all again in 2027. 🙌
