We are thrilled to share a new public artwork for secondary school Trinity Academy in Lockleaze, Bristol! 🎻 ✨
Watch our video with the participating students, who co-designed ‘Trinity Vortex’, an incredible suspended steam bent ash sculpture, spearheaded by artist Synnøve Fredericks and installed in the atrium of the school. 🌱
Through a series of music and movement workshops, the students collectively chose the piece of music Beethoven’s 5 Secrets by The Piano Guys, which inspired the growing spiral form symbolising their inclusive, generous, and open school community.
🎊 It was an exciting moment for all involved when the sculpture was installed in December 2022, after the collaborative workshops in Summer 2021. 🎊
