Do U Remember House is a four-member dj collective from Helsinki emerging from various backgrounds in music, dance and arts. Having met in the Finnish ballroom scene they quickly figured out their common passion for house music which started their journey together as a collective. Formed in 2022, their mission was to spread the joyous message of classic house music, feeling freedom in movement on the dance floor and a goal to bring people together from all backgrounds of life.
Suva is a full time singer, dj, musician and a radio host, Maua is a photographer, Deep Kat is a marketing manager for fashion brands and OxPaha is an illustration agent and living in Sicily this winter.
Now in just three years, they’ve shared the decks with dj legends such as Tama Sumo and Lakuti, Marcia Carr and Toribio, performed in many local clubs and festivals like Flow Festival, Visio Festival, Ääniwalli, Tanner, were resident dj’s of 2024 in Helsinki’s famous club Kaiku, performed in a music festival in Belgium, have created a Sunday dance party concept called Luv Dancin and also have their signature radio show in a communal radio station Idaradio.
This three hour mix from Suva, Maua and Deep Kat is a journey from self exploration to bodily release with vibrant emotions, releasing all that has to be shed.
DJ Suva is opening this mixtape with a soft and sensual journey, designed to gently draw you in. This first hour moves through vulnerability, tenderness, and self-love — a quiet space where rhythms breathe and emotions unfold slowly. Hour two with Maua stays locked in on the bass, then opens up into pure pleasure. High-energy grooves loosen into warm, feel-good moments, all body. On the last hour Deep Kat expresses her love for the deeper tones of house music that flows to bass heavy tunes, late night dances in mind.
