I was craving more sisterhood, more depth, new dreams, new ways of seeing things. I convinced a group of women, some I knew and some I didn’t, to come and join me in one of my favourite places on earth. I curated a long weekend selfishly filled with my favourite things; sunshine, horses, women, long meals, ancient wisdom, rituals, conversations around tables of all sizes and sweetness. One of the women I convinced to come was
@lisamarchiano a Jungian analyst, an author, a podcaster and someone who’s work I’ve devoured for years, who’s way of interpreting life in such a symbolic way resonates deeply with mine. Lisa shared stories, myths and folklore around a fire under the stars, she taught us how to commune with our dream maker, how to incubate and analyse our dreams and mine them for gold.
It was such an antidote to the heaviness of the world and performative online culture. Real life connection, instant depth, natural magic.
Hopefully this will be the first of many
@roots.and.ritual gatherings, link-ups for the soul. Throw it a follow if you’re interested.
