Still Here is a collective of brewers and breweries who have come together to curate beers that are off the beaten path. Conceptually, the project came about out of a genuine passion for beer while showing off the techniques, ingredients, and styles that us liquid creators are interested in. This go around we created a French Pilsner. We partnered up with the good people of Hop France to lucky enough feature Teorem, a hop grown in Alsace, France. This hop has never been used in American beer—ever. We won’t tell you what to taste, but drink it while it’s Still Here.
