𝗡𝗲𝘄 𝗕𝗲𝗲𝗿 𝗥𝗲𝗹𝗲𝗮𝘀𝗲 - Easy Lover West Coast Pilsner (5.7%) - Galaxy, Mosaic, Nelson and Strata hops definitely got a hold on us. Tropical fruits, peach, light citrus and a touch of cannabis, we’ll never regret it. All balanced with a snappy, lightly bitter and highly drinkable finish—forget it! Swing by, try it and we’re sure you’ll see.
Public Offering: Easy to love since ‘22
𝗡𝗲𝘄 𝗕𝗲𝗲𝗿 𝗥𝗲𝗹𝗲𝗮𝘀𝗲 - Worth The Squeeze Hazy IPA (7.3%) - Have you ever been disappointed with a little extra squeeze? Maybe you don’t necessarily need it, but when you get it, it’s always worth it. Same goes with our newest hazy. We probably didn’t need to squeeze all those tropical Nectaron, Superdelic, Rakau & Citra Cryo/Quantum hops in, but we’re definitely not sad that we did. Well maybe a little sad because our yields suffered. So if you like it, maybe give us a little extra squeeze next time you’re in.
Public Offering: Hoping to be your main squeeze since ‘22
𝗡𝗲𝘄 𝗕𝗲𝗲𝗿 𝗥𝗲𝗹𝗲𝗮𝘀𝗲 - Cloud Kickin’ Hazy IPA (6.5%) - Aw man! We were all stoked to release this beer on a bright sunny day but we have to release it today because you all have been drinking so much of our beer that we aren’t going to make the same mistake twice and go a day without a hazy IPA on our menu. On top of that, we probably should’ve named this beer Worth The Squeeze (our other upcoming hazy IPA) instead of Cloud Kickin’ cause it has all these bright mandarin, tangelo, tropical citrus and lychee flavors but we have to make can labels so far in advance before actually tasting the beer so we’re kinda stuck with Cloud Kickin’ but it’s all good cause beer names are all kinda all over the place anyways and someone’s probably gonna nag us that we should’ve named this beer something totally different like Fluffy Stuff. At least we didn’t cancel school on you for some wet streets.
Public Offering: Pushing all the wrong buttons since ‘22
𝗡𝗲𝘄 𝗕𝗲𝗲𝗿 𝗥𝗲𝗹𝗲𝗮𝘀𝗲 - Paper Crane Rice Lager (4.5%) - Yeah, we know. We ruined a perfectly delicate rice lager by adding yuzu, lemongrass and ginger. But we couldn't help ourselves because it just tastes so damn refreshing.
Public Offering: Bastardizing traditional lagers since ‘22

𝗡𝗲𝘄 𝗕𝗲𝗲𝗿 𝗥𝗲𝗹𝗲𝗮𝘀𝗲 - Open Spaces Kölsch (4.9%) - It’s kinda back! We’d be lying if we said we simply revamped the original recipe; we actually pooled all our Kölsch recipes together and incorporated edits from each (still 100% @rootshootmalting malt, still easy drinking and still super refreshing). And since our beertenders would be pissed if we named it Open Spaces-In a Flash-Rewind, we just went full circle back to the original name. Bonus: The robots keep telling us to optimize for AI (which feels really unsettling as we type this) and since Google’s Know Before You Go AI often highlights a 5-star review that specifically hypes Open Spaces, we’re killing two birds with one stone. Lord knows we need all the positive compliments we can get to offset so many 1-star reviews dogging us because parents won’t parent their kids and instead let them run rampant around our taproom’s Open Spaces. Boom! See what we did there...
...Public Offering: Connecting all the dots since ‘22
𝗡𝗲𝘄 𝗕𝗲𝗲𝗿 𝗥𝗲𝗹𝗲𝗮𝘀𝗲 - Ámbarito Amber Mexican Lager (5.4%) - Okay we’re calling it an Amber lager, but it’s really more of an amberish lager with everything on the lighter end of the spectrum. So expect corn chips, toast and light brown sugar. So this begs the question: Did the batch not turn out exactly as we wanted and we’re just trying to cover our tracks? Or did we intentionally keep it on the lighter side because traditional ambers don’t really sell (Fat Tire revamp anyone?) and we’re heading into summer (well, maybe not today) when (almost) no one wants a malt-heavy beer? Hmmmmm 🤔
Public Offering: Disappointing Amber lovers since ‘22
𝗡𝗲𝘄 𝗕𝗲𝗲𝗿 𝗥𝗲𝗹𝗲𝗮𝘀𝗲 - Western Skyline WC IPA (6.7%) - Our ode to the classic West Coast IPA with a slightly modern twist. We paired Citra, Mosaic & Columbus with Strata & Vic Secret hops to create the bright citrus and slightly resinous notes you’d expect, along with plenty of bold tropical and red berry aromas. Dry and crisp with a smoothly assertive bitterness round out the finish. Here’s to the good old, good ones.
We’ve got Masters and DU Hockey inside and out, plenty of sunshine and lots of good vibes all weekend long, so come rock and roll with us!
𝗡𝗲𝘄 𝗕𝗲𝗲𝗿 𝗥𝗲𝗹𝗲𝗮𝘀𝗲 - Clarito Mexican Lager (5.2%) - As always featuring a 100% @rootshootmalting grain bill, our Mexican lager has a refreshing sweet corn malt backbone balanced by a dry, crisp finish with restrained bitterness. Light, bright and flavorful making it the perfect amigo for patio hangs.
The Golden Duo is here! 🍺🍌
We all know and love when @bluepanfoodtruck pulls up to the brewery, but lately, they’ve been bringing a “plus one” that’s stolen our hearts (and stomachs): @theyellowfix
Their banana pudding has become a cult favorite around here, so we figured it was about time we made things official. We took our smooth Blonde Stout base and gave it the brunch treatment to create our brand new French Toast Stout.
The Details
• The Collab: 10oz French Toast Blonde Stout + The Yellow Fix Banana Pudding.
• The Deal: Get the pairing for just $10.
• The Timing: The pairing special kicks off at 2pm, but we’ll be pouring the stout all day (while supplies last!).
Think maple, cinnamon, and vanilla notes meets creamy, dreamy banana goodness. It’s the dessert duo you didn’t know you needed… until now.
𝗡𝗲𝘄 𝗕𝗲𝗲𝗿 𝗥𝗲𝗹𝗲𝗮𝘀𝗲 - Fake ID (Blonde Stout, 6.3%) - We collaborated with our new friends @alidadebrewing on a blonde stout reminiscent of its darker companion but is deceptively light and refreshing for the summer heat. Featuring a 100% all @rootshootmalting grain bill, Colombian San Pedro beans from @corvuscoffee , and freshly roasted cacao nibs, it has plenty of graham cracker, vanilla wafer, light roast coffee, and white chocolate flavors. It’ll scratch that rich stout itch while smoothly pairing with the warmer weather months.
