Doing my bit as the self certified “Eco-Warrior” as an unofficial contribution to @cleanourpatch when thanked by pedestrians, I responded with this “someone had to do it“
This is a centennial celebration of one of my idols and heroes, Sir David Attenborough one of the greatest naturalists of all time and I’ve done my bit as well to celebrate it by litter picking.

Plymouth has got a massive litter problem 😔
Today I picked up 3 big bin bags of mostly plastic from this area, and it’s the second pass I’ve done.
I’m inspired by seeing what Clean Our Patch CIC @cleanourpatch are doing! It’s not glamorous work but it is absolutely necessary (unfortunately)
Went out litter picking tonight, split off on our Wombling journeys and now Laira is two bags cleaner 🥰 if you fancy keeping your area cleaner and cheerful get in touch with Clean Our Patch CIC for some bags and equipment, and register your pick on /pages/responsepage.aspx?id=7QhZsyKJqkCLWI6Y7lsCjcQHqIYt0SlBjY5U5F3MpAtUNzRSRExBN1hEVUFITjhYRTFaUThaNDk4NC4u
Got to get back being more #active again so starting of with a litter pick for @cleanourpatch and a #coffee break at @terranovadevonport here in #devonport
