Theres so much to say when you get to create art in your truest form as an artist.
And working with @66wind99 over s16 of @rupaulsdragrace and its airing gave me many of those opportunities. None more of an example than the golden crowning set I made the week leading up to the finale. Hand delivering at 3am 😅
I haven’t told many people this yet but walking home that night, Brooklyn streets quiet to the world, I shed a tear. So many feelings built up — from hiding the opportunity I had for a whole year, hearing icons of #dragrace talk about my nails, to realizing not only is my time here expiring, but so is this season. I began releasing my emotions in that moment and didnt end for a whole week with the news that came that friday.
A dream realized, and it was better than I could have imagined it. 💅✨💖
