Today Alé announces a new collaboration with Nicolas Roche, former professional rider and now active within the gravel scene. A partnership bringing together experience, innovation and performance, further strengthening the our brand’s international positioning in high-end cycling apparel.
As a professional cyclist from 2005 to 2021, Roche enjoyed a successful career at the very highest level of the sport, claiming stage victories at the Vuelta a España and lining up in 24 Grand Tours, alongside numerous standout results throughout his career. Since retiring from the pro-peloton, he has remained deeply involved in cycling, focusing increasingly on gravel while continuing his work as an athlete, ambassador and respected voice within the industry. In October 2025, he claimed the UCI Gravel World Championship title in the Masters 40–44 category at the Gravel World Championships in Maastricht, the Netherlands.
The relationship between Alé and Roche will go beyond brand visibility alone and will also be built around direct feedback and technical know-how aimed at supporting ongoing product development. Thanks to his background in professional cycling and his current gravel racing activity, Roche represents the ideal profile to interpret the needs of today’s riders in terms of performance, comfort and versatility - values that sit at the core of Alé’s philosophy and ongoing investment in research and innovation.
Nicolas Roche adds: “After so many years in professional cycling, I know how much the right apparel can make a difference - not only in terms of performance, but also confidence. Starting this collaboration with Alé is something that genuinely excites me, because we share the same vision of quality, innovation, and passion for this sport.”
With this partnership, Alé further confirms its commitment to supporting cycling in all its forms, working alongside athletes capable of interpreting the sport’s evolution and contributing to its future development.
