Our children unravel us in a lot of ways. They test our patience, interrupt our thoughts and exhaust us in ways we never knew possible. But somehow, they also slow us down enough to notice life again. The small and fleeting things, the things we used to walk past. They make us softer, more patient and more human.

Still can’t believe this happened at Field Kitchen. What started with meeting @miguelbenjamin_ on a random Sunday turned into plans for a camping trip, and somehow led to a jamming session with @benandbenmusic the week after.
There’s something about food and music together that just pulls people in. People end up staying longer, conversations start between tables, and it doesn’t take much before everyone’s just in the same rhythm of the night.
Another night at @overlandkings and @sarsa_fieldkitchen . This time for @chefjayps despedida lechon party. A proper send off in the middle of all the chaos, back to back events, and everything happening all at once.
Funny how we ended up right back where it all started.
Of course we had to turn things up a little for the occasion. One of those nights that felt surreal while it was happening, and even harder to process the morning after. The kind of night you look back on and say, “can’t believe that all happened overnight.”
Big thanks to @miguelbenjamin_ and @benandbenmusic for pulling up and matching our level of crazy all night long. Truly grateful to have shared the night with all of you.
Then out of nowhere, @baguiomountainman suddenly shows up all the way from Baguio just to be part of the night. Man, this whole thing was just wild.
