Shake Rising is a combination of fitness, dance, energy, and affirmations. We practice to experience real transformation - so we can live life more liberated. In real time that looks like this: A workout that somehow allows you to feel alllll your feels. A permission slip to experiment with your expression. A space to try on different textures of self without needing to land on one identity. A real opportunity to explore every facet of you - moment to moment. We don’t get many spaces like this; where it’s ok to feel whatever you’re feeling and express it however you want. A space where you don’t have to choose a personality, a preference, or a path. You just have to show up and feel. This is how we truly come to know ourselves and finally feel home again.

Too often, spiritual communities subtly (or not so subtly) train us to transcend our humanness. And instead of feeling more free, we end up feeling wrong - never healed or evolved enough. When we shake, we loosen the parts that we’ve hidden, forgotten, or exiled, so that we can feel whole, connected, and alive again. I don’t really have the words to fully capture the depth and beauty of this session with @celestial_radiance ✨ Kitania came back into the studio yesterday to finalize her portraits and design her Storybook, and we got to relive the experience all over again. 🙏🏻 At different moments, we both welled up in tears, and of course laughed a lot…just feeling it all. There is something so powerful about this part of the process… sitting together and hand-selecting the images that reflect who you are…the confidence, the self-love, the acceptance! The truth of every side of you, exactly as you are in this chapter of your life. Kitania shared a dream of doing a Just BE session once a year… creating a collection of Storybooks that document her evolution over time. What a gift to give yourself… to return to this FEELING… to SEE yourself this way… again and again. 🪞 AND…to leave behind something so meaningful for generations to come. Kitania is the embodiment of what it means to be free…to let go, to play, to fully embrace every part of herself. 🕊️ And her Storybook… OMG. Sneak peek with Kitania ✨ I knew the moment I welcomed @celestial_radiance into her Just BE experience, it was going to be a special afternoon. 🌼 Kitania arrived with several beautiful bouquets of flowers and other meaningful pieces… things that light her up. And I absolutely love that. I always invite you to bring whatever feels true to you. We had SO MUCH FUN creating with all the flowers, in a way that reflected both her inner light and outer beauty. 🌸 I’m still coming down from yesterday’s session.
