It’s been my goal to take PechaKucha to Vol.60. I was diagnosed with Stage 3 breast cancer just before Vol.59. Since then, life has shifted in ways I’m still learning to navigate. But between chemo and surgery, I’ve been given a small window. I’m using it to do what I love: bring people together to share stories.
This milestone marks 18 years of PechaKucha in Vancouver: hundreds of presenters, countless ideas, and a whole lot of heart.
