I am So damn proud of myself😭 I finally finished my first pool mural! It was a beautiful struggle , a lot of sacrifices, sweat and tears but God stretched me. For that , I am forever grateful. I been wanting to see Shanequa’s exhibition since the opening. I waited to share it with my students it is so important see us , for them to see a reflection of of their beauty created by hands of someone like them! God had a plan, because this happened. All Girls Trip with BCJA today to experience @shanequagay_ solo exhibition #psalmsforblackgirls curated by @artyoubetter @fultonedamcc was beautiful. Mood for the day….. Passin Me By | Stone MTN - brought to by @cbrooksart 🔴 One foggy Friday, I made use of my free will to hike Stone Mountain, as I struggled up hill I noticed a man pass me by not only once but twice. The incline was intense , his pace intentional and what seemed effortless for him , reminded me not to give up or compare my time, my body or strength to anyone else. Proof of life is to Be present. be encouraged and motivated to keep going no matter who or what is passing you by….This was an elevated awakening.
