WE PRODUCE ist das Recherchestipendium des Hamburger LICHTHOF Theaters, angebunden an die Nachwuchsplattform WE PRESENT. Ziel ist es, junge Hamburger Einzelkünstler:innen oder Nachwuchskollektive mit einem Arbeits- und Recherchestipendium ergebnisoffen und prozessorientiert zu unterstützen und ein freies künstlerisches Arbeiten zu ermöglichen. Voraussetzung ist, dass die Stipendiat:innen in Hamburg wohnhaft sind, am Anfang ihrer künstlerischen Karriere stehten und bereits an WE PRESENT teilgenommen haben.
Unser aktueller Stipendiat ist Candid Rütter @candidrutter , der sich im Rahmen seiner Residenz mit dem Verhältnis des Menschen zu vernetzten und technischen Systemen auseinandersetzen wird.

We’ve worked our booties off to create a breakup ritual that’s tender, messy, funny, glam, and a little trash — just like a real heartbreak. We’ll be telling stories, singing, sweating, smashing. Facing our fears together. Learning to trust again.

The CRTTR-CLB series carries the vision of exploring different ways of challenging the notion of club music. For each release we want to bring together four artists who have somehow given us a glitchy feeling on the dancefloor, while digging or in any other listening situation.
