“You’ll Be Alright, Kid” is officially out. Please enjoy this slideshow of friendship and endless harmonies while I provide a little bit of backstory…
December 13, 2023.
@alexwarren ,
@magsduvalmusic ,
@adamyaron and I sat down together for the first time.
That day, we wrote the song “Carry You Home” — and we had no idea what we had just stumbled into.
What followed was a stretch of months — nearly a year and a half — filled with songs, stories, laughter, and some of the most honest, beautiful work I’ve ever been a part of.
Almost exactly a year from that first day, on December 12, 2024 we wrote “Ordinary.”And by then, nothing about what we were building felt… nope not gonna say it.
Alex — beyond being a world-renowned, record-shattering artist — you’re just a great person. You bring your joy, your hurt, your flaws, and your full heart into the room,
and that’s what makes this music cut so deep.
Thank you for trusting us — for letting us in to help tell your story. And thank you
@kouvr for being a guiding light every step of the way. You consistently let us into your home and took care of us like we were your own.
Maggie, Abdon, Alex and Kouvette are family now. No exaggeration.
My daughter hears the phone ring and knows who it is just by the voice on the other end.
And so, You’ll Be Alright, Kid is officially here!
This album took us everywhere.
Its bones were built somewhere high in the Hollywood Hills.
But parts of it live in Nashville.
Parts in London.
And all of it lives in us
Happy release day
None of this is even a little bit possible without this incredible team. A big thank you to
