Be a part of the magical horse experience in the vineyards with Matthias Weiländer and his majestic Noricas. Listen to our podium talk with winemakers working their terroir by horse, presented by Dominik Ginzinger from Kantharos. The meat will come from the Gut Gindl farm and will be served with magnificent wines from the vintners. And so we are today thrilled to release the new FRENZY 2025 by @c__laus Preisinger, made as an EXCLUSIVE collaboration with @asm_astateofmind & @morenaturalwine ! ⚡️ This absolute juicy gem of a wine mixes an aromatic and fragrant blend of Muskateller & Pinot Noir, and comes armed with a dangerously drinkable mouthfeel! 😋Seriously this wine is one you are gonna wanna pop - it’a SO F*CKING GOOD!!! Expect this 2025 vintage to still feature that floral Muskateller nose alongside pops of cherry, thyme, hibiscus tea and cranberry from the Pinot. On the palate get ready for a vibrant bomb of strawberry, lime zest & cream with a mild mineralic tension whilst the smooth finish offers soft white pepper hints and a mild lactic edge keeping it a little creamy whilst also super fresh - perfect for the upcoming warmer weather ☀️ ASM and MORE Natural Wine travelled down to Burgenland to make this blend with Claus Preisinger and filmed this video footage along the way BUT even better, ASM made an actual track about this very wine (called Frenzy) you can listen to right now. La prochaine fois que tu vas chez Batch Ixelles, je te conseille de goûter ces vins-ci: • Puszta Libre – Claus Preisinger @c__laus — Rouge autrichien à boire frais. Fruité, croquant, il part vite. Si tu aimes les gamay du Beaujolais, tu vas certainement apprécier cet autrichien! • Intergalactic – @rennerundsistas — L’orange qui convertit même les sceptiques. Sincèrement, si tu n’as jamais goûté d’orange avant, celui-ci est nickel pour commencer. Batch propose aussi un orange géorgien au verre si tu n’as pas envie de faire péter la bouteille 😝 • CC – Patrick Bouju — Chenin, Chardonnay et un peu de Sauvignon sur des sols volcaniques. Si tu ne connais pas @pinardier , il est temps d’y remédier 😉. Salin, tendu, parfait. Pour le reste ? Domenica, il giorno in cui una volta (da bambini?) si andava dalla nonna o dalla zia. Mangiavamo anche il tavolo. Con il passare del tempo diventa la fune di fuga, indispensabile per dedicare del tempo agli amici, a cui vogliamo bene, viaggiando per andare a trovarli, curiosi di conoscerne dei nuovi, altrove. La domenica per me è sempre stato il giorno della partita, da giocare. Oggi cerco di dare ancor più valore a momenti nuovi, in cui non si smette mai di essere bambini, anche da grandi, condividendo passioni, sogni, gioie ed anche delusioni. Citando @contradacontro ho la fortuna di avere tante "case sparse" tra radici e luoghi diventati familiari, una stagione sportiva dopo l'altra. Gli stessi spazi e tempi in cui mi sono ambientato grazie al valore umano delle materie prime. L'Umbria è un nido, da cui volare per poi ritornare, a due passi dal Piceno, al centro del mondo. @sommelieramodomio un amico leale che mi ha permesso di scoprire storie belle come quella del @ristorante_almaerrante ❤️ In Italia viviamo con dei privilegi di cui non ci rendiamo minimamente conto (?) @the_same_gin 👁💭
