If you’re in philly come pick up some flyers at @secondstatepress or the lobby of @cranearts They feature the @vamos_juntos_ raid response hotline for the philly area.
Take care of each other ❤️
It’s easy for me to measure a year in the amount of work I’ve produced. I think a better measurement for this one is how many times I left my comfort zone.
In 2025, I: moved to philly with my partner @adventuresingraceland , started a new job, drove 600 miles on a solo-roadtrip to learn at Penland, did my very first residency (@incahootsresidency ), and visited to Pittsburgh to table at @pghartbookfair with @h_moog
I hope I learn even more in 2026
a month ago I was packing for my very first residency at @incahootsresidency !! I got to set up in their cozy letterpress studio and work with their wood type collection for a whole week :)) such a treat to get time and space to work thoughtfully (and big!!)
just got back from my ever first trip to @penlandschool ! I was the studio assistant for @threecheerspress ’s experimental letterpress class, fittingly named I Can Print That! It was such a dream to learn, focus, experiment and make friends in such a special place. what i learned from Cory and my fellow students is something that’s going to fuel my practice for quite a while :,)

Here’s what I made for the @secondstatepress yearly print exchange! I made it from a scan of a transferable type sheet.
It was really lovely to celebrate with everyone at the annual SSP fundraiser party last night @theclaystudiophl . Thanks to everyone who participated in the exchange or bid on this print ❤️

Part 2 in this series of 3 unique prints! Photogravure really clicked for me when I started using it to build texture to play with, rather than holding one key image. I cherish my baby post-it plate.

Thinking about the act of tagging or marking, the overlapping of identities, and the multitudes that exist within a community.
Seeking II, Photogravure and letterpress on gampi, collaged onto kozo. made during my apprenticeship @mullowneyprinting

Still thinking about personal ads and what they tell us about language and labels and loneliness. I recently moved back to the Philly area and have had some time to catch up on documentation while I job search.
🔎
Please take a look at my story, I’ll be reposting links to help support those affected by the hurricane.
🌲PORTLAND FRIENDS🌲 I have a show coming up soon @mullowneyprinting to celebrate the end of my apprenticeship! Please use the link in my bio to RSVP and see the result of me moving across the country and learning photogravure and thinking about personal ads and queer connections 👁👁
Palestine deserves our attention, funds, and endurance, now more than ever.
🍉
If you’re in Portland I’m going to leave a stack at @workerstap later if you’d like to hang some too.
my heart is still full from this weekend at @hamiltonwoodtype !! I had the best first Wayzgoose imaginable. I’m so grateful for the opportunity to present with @pipletterpress ’s Print Futures Live with @holmesylogic and @mmmunder ❤️❤️ I got to meet all of my letterpress/design heroes and felt so supported by this community :-))
