I dont remeber how many days we applied it for in the end but it was around 12+ As i also jumped onto applying
@rogerzyuan hook wound from their fight sence, aswell as
@davebautista makeup for a few days and also some croud harkonnen days. Lots of different makeups and It was a pleasure. It was also a pleasure to work with
@austinbutler one of the most humble humans ive had the pleasre to work with.

Early pre-picture makeup test on Austin was done with love, Eva& donald.
Once in Budapest a 2nd makeup test was done with myself, Love&Donald, where Austin’s makeup was established, and approved for camera.
Close to shooting, I had unfortunately caught Covid(terrible timing). I ended up missing the first 3 days of Feyd’s work. Luckily it all ended up working out. It was being shot in infrared and was black&white with a lot of bright blowout. In my absence,
@adrian_rigby and
@niki_de_jong_fx had done a fine job under quickly unfolding circumstances…especially with how the hair prep was approached. So we decided to keep this as it worked well in the environment. Niki, then later Brogan did this prep portion with Pamela Ip.
After getting into the swing of things, some adjustments were made along the way and the process evolved and refined as we went. I airbrushed Austin’s makeup using
@skinillustratorofficial and alcohol colors formulating a paint scheme and color order based on the test with Love, then Austin would hit Donald’s chair for final touches. After the black and white infrared arena fight sequence was completed, Feyd would appear in the film where he would be seen clearly in color. Niki stayed on until
@brogan_sharp_ became available to jump on board as previously planned earlier on by our HOD.
