You’re invited to an evening of dancing to celebrate the release of our third issue: The Issue of Illusions 🌀 Saturday, February 28th at 9pm. Guests are encouraged to dress in black tie absurdity and required to dance. The night will start with a performance from the producers and hosts of @strappedchicago . Followed by a set by incendiary band @conjuntoprimitivo . The making of our Pink Room 💕We created this space to function as a comfy client lounge (it is directly attached to our photo studio), but it has served as our makeshift food styling kitchen, film set, dressing room, meeting room, and more! Designed by @Jallundtofta in Berlin (all via zoom), we completed renovations last summer.

The factory space was taken over by @prezpipe and his team for Dossier Perfumes! Empty factory, endless potential. We’re ready for your takeover, email us to lock it in. Our ENTIRE space was taken over by @1986.studios & @highdiveus for Culligan Water! Our office became a yoga studio, the lounge became a family’s dining room, and the studio became a backyard BBQ with the help of @logordon_ Come turn the space into whatever your little heart desires 🩵 Our inbox is always open

The Studio ✏️🍐♟️🎾 While still a work in progress, this side of the building is home to @breakfast.for.din , parent of @breakfaststudios 🥞 We launched in 2020 and quickly outgrew our studio in Humboldt park, which led us here! The studios are broken into 2 spaces by a large garage door, making it easily convertible into a larger space when needed, or to allow multiple shoots at once. It functions as our Chicago HQ for all of our productions, providing us lots of room to play and grow. Swipe to see this space when we got the building, as well as some productions (and parties) that we have had in our first year here. Fun fact- we rented this space to shoot @slayyyter ’s album cover in 2023, and loved it so much that we moved right in ❤️‍🔥 While only half of the studio is available on @peerspace as of now, hit us up if you need us to raise the garage door to rent the rest 😉

The Pink Room 🎟️🦩🌷🐖 Designed by @jallundtofta , a Berlin based interior and furniture design firm, is our home base for clients while on set, long lunch breaks, in person / zoom meetings, makeshift food styling kitchen, and occasional happy hours. 🍸 Swipe to see the room before renovations- we are mind blown by what Sina and Jakob were able to do with such a challenging area. Welcome to our factory!! We acquired 2537 N Pulaski Rd in March of 2023 and have been working on the different spaces located within since then. This side of the building (affectionately referred to as the factory) used to function as a marble cutting factory which was built in 1926. For the last 15-ish years, it has been essentially vacant, mainly being tapped into as a Film and Photoshoot location. The space is currently still available to rent via email or @peerspace , but we’ll begin renovations on it soon, so keep an eye out! The @lsfarmersmarket is currently running its winter market here every Saturday from 7am-1pm through March.
