For those who haven’t heard, a fire broke out in our family’s garage last week and spread to the house. My parents are safe, and thanks to the fire department/mutual aid, the house was saved with minor damage.
We lost two cars and the garage, which served as the headquarters for my dad’s projects and a central space for our family & friends. Def a significant loss of tools, and a lot of history. Again, glad everyone is ok.
The response has been incroyable— My brother Kevin (@kevinbperron ) and I want to say a massive thank you to everyone who has reached out or donated to the recovery fund for our parents. Seeing the support on the GoFundMe has given them a huge head start on what’s next… the knowing they aren’t doing it alone as well. Thank you for being there for our family.
