10 years sober. Time flies.
I could never just have a couple & call it. Stopping was really tough at first because beer was so locked into my everyday life, skating take beers, going to cinema beers, going home to chill get more beers, it was not healthy at all.
Getting sober was the best decision I ever made. I only wish I listened to the advice of my wonderful wife Karmen much sooner. Im super thankful for her support through that period and in life in general. She is the best.
Life is short. Look after yourself & your loved ones. I’m healthier than ever & life is great.
