Part of the idea of this project was to display poems near centers of Art & Culture. I appreciate every one of these places, and frequent them often. The Wild Poems have all been gathered, to be repurposed, revitalized, and resurrected for another occasion... Now to reveal their location! 3 were planted in the flower beds along the Pearl St. Mall 1 was hidden outside of @boulderlibrary 1 is still planted at @tridentboulder 2 were located near the People's Crossing Trailhead - 1 of these took some hiking to find... Street Wise Arts and the Town of Superior are co-producing the inaugural Superior Mural Festival this October!⁠ ⁠ The festival celebrates the Town’s growing community and invites artists to explore themes of nature and regrowth. Artists should consider contemporary, unique, and creative approaches to the theme within their mural design if selected for this festival.⁠ ⁠ The walls vary in size from small to large, which provide opportunities for artists from a variety of career stages. ⁠ ⁠ 👉️ Our Call for Artists is now open through 5 PM MDT May 31, 2026! This opportunity is limited to US-based artists.⁠

We’re thrilled to announce the winner of the Boulder Buzz People's Choice Award for Boulder Arts Week is... 🏆 Boulder Metalsmithing Association 🏆 BOMA's open studio during NoBo's April First Friday captured the hearts of voters across the city — a wonderful celebration of craft, community, and creative connection. We couldn't be more proud to honor them with this award. By inviting the community into their studio, they gave people the chance to experience metalsmithing up close—ask questions, see the process, and connect with the artists behind the work. What they’ve built goes beyond classes and studio time. It’s a space where people at all levels can learn, experiment, and feel part of something—whether they’re just starting out or continuing to grow their craft. This year’s response from the community was incredible!! Voting increased by over 550% compared to last year.
