HELLO! I thought I’d check-in and reconnect for new followers & just remind folk I’m still alive here in this mad world 👋 This platform feels a little alien to me these days, with its algorithms and lack of reach to actual followers, but it is what it is. I’m currently sinking into my personal practice after a hectic time last year — exploring and playing, making a new body of work in the guise of big abstract paintings and new music, pivoting slightly from commercial work .. however I still need to eat, pay bills and submit to capitalism, so if you need me for any creative projects do holler at me; be it Graphics Designs, posters, Riso print with @salt_riso commissions, fun projects, music or buy a print etc. And with our @dontpanic_artcru hat on we can tackle more ambitious projects for art in the public realm. It’s a tricky time for creative freelancers, don’t use Ai slop for your marketing.. please, hire a designer, feedback into your community and support your local artists. I’ll be beavering away in my studio at Merchants Quay in Shipley, pop in for a brew and a natter anytime. LOVE YOU x ❤️☮️✌️

🎭THE BRADMOBILE🚙 I was commissioned by the BBC to make the artwork for their broadcast vehicle that will be on the ground live from events throughout this year, our city of culture. They wanted to engage an artist to ‘go a bit mad and make something pop on the landscape’ well errr TICK! I responded to our beautiful landscape and landmarks and got bizzy in the studio making energetic and frenetic marks with unconventional tools like kitchen mops, push brooms, sponges, rags and even bingo dabbers.. there’s sumat very northern, quite literally kitchen sink and a bit punk rock about making art with a mop and a bingo dabber 😂 .. anyone can do it. I then spent a day with my camera snapping our beautiful architecture and landscape.. Collaging all these analog hand made elements together into a celebratory piece of art on wheels. (Spot the tiny Boar illo that loses its head when the door opens). Catch it while you can around town and at the launch events RISE this Friday and Saturday in City Park. It will be on the One Show and Jeremy Vine n that so see it on t’telly too! Big Up Bradford! X

✖️CROSS—SECTIONS🌑 Whilst out cycling under the grainy slate grey Bradford skies, I noticed a cross section of stairway exposed on a house, which reminded me of the geometric design of @petersavillearchival for Factory Records, then a figure on the bridge over to Bingley, which reminded me of the @kcmanc @officialjoydivision photograph on the Epping Walk Bridge in Hulme, then felt compelled to make an image of said experience. Weird init really. Happy Monday eh! X

🔵Another World is Possible🌍 — Art & Connection in Uncertain Times “Another world is not only possible, she is on her way. On a quiet day, I can hear her breathing.” — Arundhati Roy In what feels like super heavy end times, Art in any form becomes an act of resistance, a way of reaching out, speaking up and imagining differently — through shared acts of making and meaning. Creating other worlds. Coming from love not hate. Hope over fear. We need your art. I’ll have a few Riso Prints and paintings alongside the wonderful @jeanmcewanartist & @iantothill at @fountainstreet.arts in a mini collaborative show bringing together collage, riso editions, zines and a participatory “giant zine” wall — an evolving collage of voices, prompts, and reflections on justice, connection, and collective futures. Join us to get creative and add your voice — Launch event: Friday 27th February 5-9pm Sunday Social: Sunday 29th March 2-4.30pm Creative drop-ins: Tuesdays throughout March & April Come make, reflect and imagine what another world might look like — together. Fountain St Arts • Thornton Village • Bradford A DIY space born from local skaters + graffiti artists, now a micro-gallery, tattoo studio and hub for live music, craft beer nights and community events. PEACE! x

A new painting, for a dreary day, although it contains grey, it’s not any old grey — mixing in orange makes it creamy and buttery. Attractive. Rarely happy with composition in my new painterly explorations.. but feel like I captured sumat here.. and that’s what this is about, feeling it out, without thought for outcome. Process. We keep going. ‘Make grey grey again’ as @dante.beesley quite rightly pointed out 🩶
