A signature experience for Miami’s new Freedom Tower exhibition will be six (yes, six) monumental audiovisual sculptures, each telling the story of one era of the landmark building.
Creative Director @nathanadkisson : “These installations bring together three of my favorite formats to create something totally new. On top, a very complex 3D print provides a detailed view of the ornate Tower architecture. At eye level, we placed physical miniatures of historical scenes between a traditional LCD monitor and a transparent OLED to create a new form of mixed-media storytelling.”

We made this piece for the lovely state of Connecticut with the folks at Coed Studios - directed by Sam Stevens and Produced by Damijan Saccio. We were in charge of the stop-motion animation production at Big Object, including prop fabrication, lighting, and animation of the hand models and props. The fx wizards at Expanse in Oslo provided the animatic, additional digital elements, and post production.
