Snow Long, 2022!!
What a year... Some good, some... not so good. But another year, which is always worth celebrating. And I built my first snowman.

Here's an adventure I went on in Rio last week. Christo Redentor.
I decided to walk to the iconic statue from Ipanema. I found that there is a hiking trail that leads to it. Turned out to be a much more arduous trail than anticipated. About a quarter to half mile is almost on all fours going up very steep inclines.
But I made it, saw a monkey, and walked all the way back to the beach.
Great day.
Our Protagonist struggles in the harsh winter environment. Can she overcome the blizzard? No. She went back inside. Smart choice. And what's with the birds chirping in a blizzard? Go home, Articuno!
It has begun. Helpful kitty being a good writing partner.
Siouxsie has started to pick up more cat-like traits. . . Instead of pure mayhem. It's still mostly chaos.
Smokey Sierra Mountains. I could start to see the smokey haze starting in Central Arizona on my drive from Dallas to Nevada. But damn, how I've missed these mountains.
