I’ve always been an efficient artist. 😅 It’s rare that I allow myself the space to look back on the life I’ve lived thus far and contemplate everything I’ve built; the mutual influences I’ve created, what I’ve learned and contributed as a human in this reality, and everything that has shaped me. 🤔 Gratitude to all of the artists who have empowered, endorsed and supported me on my path, and gratitude to those who said I couldn’t make it. May there be many more years of manifesting, creating and CONSUMING life. ☺️🙏🏻
J'ai toujours été un artiste efficace. 😅 Il est rare que je me laisse l'espace pour revenir sur la vie que j'ai vécue jusqu'à présent et contempler tout ce que j'ai construit; les influences mutuelles que j'ai créées, ce que j'ai appris et contribué en tant qu'humain dans cette réalité, et tout ce qui m'a façonné. 🤔Gratitude à tous les artistes qui m'ont encouragé, soutenu et soutenu sur mon chemin, et gratitude à ceux qui ont dit que je ne pouvais pas y arriver. Jag har alltid varit en effektiv artist. 😅 Det är sällan jag ger mig själv utrymme att se tillbaka på det liv jag har levt hittills och begrunda allt jag har byggt; de ömsesidiga influenserna jag har skapat, vad jag har lärt mig och bidragit med som människa i denna verklighet, och allt som har format mig. 🤔 Tacksamhet till alla artister som har stärkt, stöttat och stöttat mig på min väg, och tacksamhet till de som sa att jag inte kunde klara det. Må det bli många fler år av att manifestera, skapa och FÖRBRUKA liv. ☺️🙏🏻

When I began my first steps into the dance industry (circa 2008) I was eager to perform AND create. However, I had a strong knowing deep within myself that assured me to bide my time, train as much as possible, hone my craft for the long-term, and ensure that I had the tools and experience to be a limitlessly adaptable creator. It’s beautifully fulfilling to step into the choreographer’s shoes with confidence, and I’m immensely grateful to those artists and clients that have entrusted me to contribute to their vision. Here’s to many more! ☺️🙏🏻
Lorsque j'ai commencé mes premiers pas dans l'industrie de danse (en 2008), j'avais hâte de performer ET de créer. Cependant, j'avais une forte connaissance au plus profond de moi qui m'a assuré de patienter, de m'entraîner autant que possible, de perfectionner mon métier à long terme et de m'assurer que j'avais les outils et l'expérience nécessaires pour être un créateur adaptable. C'est magnifiquement épanouissant de se mettre à la place du chorégraphe avec confiance, et je suis immensément reconnaissant envers les artistes et les clients qui m'ont fait confiance pour contribuer à leur vision. En voici beaucoup d'autres ! ☺️🙏🏻
När jag började mina första steg in i dansbranschen (cirka 2008) var jag ivrig att uppträda OCH skapa. Däremot hade jag en stark kunskap djupt inom mig själv som försäkrade mig att ta min tid, träna så mycket som möjligt, finslipa mitt hantverk på lång sikt och se till att jag hade verktygen och erfarenheten för att vara en anpassningsbar skapare. Det är vackert tillfredsställande att kliva in i koreografens skor med självförtroende, och jag är tacksam för de artister och kunder som har anförtrott mig att bidra till deras vision. Här kommer många fler! ☺️🙏🏻

There’s a rush of self-empowerment when I’m able to look back on a few of the incredible opportunities that were placed in my path; there’s still so much I want to do, learn and experience. Gratitude to the universe for the blessings I’ve received, and protection from that which was not meant for me.
Il y a une sentiment de pouvoir pour moi-même lorsque je suis capable de regarder quelques-unes des opportunités incroyables qui ont été placées sur mon chemin; il y a encore tellement de choses que je veux faire, apprendre et découvrir. Gratitude à l'univers pour les bénédictions que j'ai reçues et protection contre ce qui ne m'était pas destiné.
Det finns en ström av självförstärkning när jag kan se tillbaka på några av de otroliga möjligheter som placerades i min väg; det finns fortfarande så mycket jag vill göra, lära mig och uppleva. Tacksamhet till wyrden för välsignelserna jag har fått och skydd från det som inte var menat för mig.

Sebastian’s performance career has taken him across Canada, the Middle East, and Asia. He has shared the stage with music icons like Ariana Grande, Jason Derulo, Bebe Rexha, and Kiesza. His impressive range, from contemporary to commercial to theatrical dance, continues to define his career and influence the dance world.

For the third edition of F for Flamenco, we introduce a new event: F for Frontera, an evening exploring the North American flamenco dancers and dance companies creating boundary pushing new work. This year, F for Frontera features ALCHEMY, an interdisciplinary dance production exploring the transformative intersection of flamenco and contemporary dance. Drawing on themes from the classical alchemical process and Carl Jung’s theory of individuation, ALCHEMY examines personal evolution and transformation through the lenses of challenge, dissolution, and reintegration. Featuring a dynamic ensemble of three flamenco dancers, two contemporary dancers, and five musicians, ALCHEMY fuses movement and sound into a richly textured, emotionally resonant experience #torontoflamenco #torontocontemporarydance #contemporaryflamenco #torontolive #torontodance
