Won the 2026 Salisbury Marathon @sbymarathon in 2:39:25(6:05 pace) -Marathon 191 of career going to hit 200 in 2026. Also my fastest marathon of 2026. Huge thank you to everyone that cheered me on and the other athletes that pushed me today. It was awesome to get to see so many old friends like @bartyasso and make some new ones. I have a huge 200 mile run to all the @medstarhealthpt@medstarhealth facilities in a few weeks so this was a good last long run and also pacing my buddy Matt @baklinerunning to sub 2:40 @bostonmarathon and then @dylan_loves_the_world at the @londonmarathon but first @runforhospice and @cucb next weekend.

I was deeply saddened to hear of the passing of Jeff Galloway. I had the privilege of working with Jeff at many events over the past 40 years, and I will always remember him in his element, surrounded by runners. This pic is at a shakeout run at the Anchorage Runfest. Jeff is in the back over my right shoulder. He’s smiling and ready to run what he called Jeffing.
My thoughts are with his family and the entire running community during this difficult time.
