Brownies for breakfast? We’re doing it — well, Pistachio Brownie biscotti, that is! šŸ¤Ž This GF recipe is super crunchy, packed with roasty pistachios, and drizzled with a bit of extra dark chocolate for a bit of razzle dazzle to create the most satisfying start to your day or snack throughout. Bonus – it only takes a few minutes! Recipe ā¬‡ļø GF PISTACHIO BROWNIE BISCOTTI šŸ¤Ž ½ cup coconut sugar šŸ 2 Tbsp maple syrup šŸ’š ½ cup Pistachio Brownie Almond Butter 🄚 2 eggs šŸ¤Ž 1 tsp vanilla extract 🌸 1 4/5 cups almond flour šŸ¤Ž 2 Tbsp cocoa powder šŸ° 1 tsp baking powder šŸ§‚ ¼ tsp salt šŸ’š ½ cup mix-ins (we used roasted pistachios) šŸ« 2 oz dark chocolate (optional) 1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. 2. In a medium bowl, mix coconut sugar, maple syrup, and Pistachio Brownie Almond Butter with a whisk until combined. 3. Add eggs and vanilla to the sugar-syrup-almond butter mixture and whisk until combined. 4. In a small bowl, combine almond flour, cocoa, baking powder, and salt until homogenized. 5. Add dry ingredients to wet ingredients and fold in until just combined and no streaks of flour remain. Fold in mix-ins until combined. 6. On a parchment-lined baking sheet, shape the dough with lightly wet hands (the dough will be sticky) into a roughly 12-inch by 4-inch rectangle that is ¾ inch tall. 7. Bake for 25 minutes. 8. Cool for 20 minutes, then cut the dough into 1-inch by 4-inch slices. 9. Place the biscotti slice side-up on the baking sheet and bake for another 7 minutes. 10. Remove and cool. If using dark chocolate, melt the bar in a microwave-safe bowl in 15-second increments, stir, and drizzle atop/dip the biscotti to add some extra sweetness.

We’re so excited to announce a new collaboration with @harpers_homenc ! šŸ’› Starting today, we’re donating proceeds from each jar of Lemon Cookie Cashew Butter directly to Harper’s Home, which provides housing to families with children receiving treatment at Duke Children’s Hospital. Additionally, proceeds from our upcoming Birthday Bash on May 16 will also benefit Harper's Home! In 2021, 8-year-old Harper faced her own battle with leukemia, and her remarkable journey and determination to make a difference sparked the idea for something extraordinary — Harper’s Home – an organization led by Harper and her mom, Heather, to help families in similar situations who don’t have the comforts of home nearby. Approximately 60% of patients at Duke Children’s Hospital travel 50 miles or more, one way, for treatment. This often means scrambling to find hotels or a short-term rental near the hospital, causing stress and financial strain. Harper’s Home’s goal is to provide families with free, comfortable, and conveniently located housing near the hospital. Just last month, Harper’s Home broke ground on a series of cottages and duplexes on their property to house up to eight families (and their pets). Lemon Cookie is Harper’s favorite, and her motto is ā€œWhen life gives you lemons, make something great!ā€ We agree, and we partnered with Harper to design a new t-shirt to bring this wonderfully positive, resilient thought to life, and also support Harper’s Home! We’re so grateful to Harper’s Home for collaborating with us and for the amazing work they are doing in the community! Learn more about our collaboration and shop Lemon Cookie Cashew Butter and Harper’s ā€œMake Something Greatā€ t-shirt at the link in our bio! šŸ‹

Time to grab a bigger spoon! We’re so excited to announce our May/June Featured Jam — American Spoon Sour Cherry Preserves! šŸ„„šŸ’ We adore American Spoon for many reasons, especially their shared love of small-batch, craft-made, delicious food. Each batch of preserves is slow cooked in copper kettles, just 60-100 jars at a time, working directly with a dedicated group of Michigan farmers and foragers for an unparalled jam experience. These tart Michigan Montmorency cherries are picked only miles from American Spoon’s kitchen and cooked down with just a bit of sugar and lemon to create this ruby red jam that stunning to see and taste šŸ˜‹ We love spooning it onto vanilla ice cream or yogurt, tasting it on a charcuterie board, or spreading it onto thick-cut sourdough toast with our curated AB&J and PB&J pairings, Toasted Coconut Almond Butter and Crunchy Peanut Butter. Grab a jar (or two) and check out our pairings at the link in bio!

They are renowned for handmade sausages, made-to-order sandwiches, and an extensive selection of natural, organic, and locally sourced items. We’re so honored to partner with them to bring our handcrafted nut butters to the Palo Alto and San Mateo communities! Cali friends, stop by and see our friends at Piazza’s (and stock up on some of your favorite Big Spoon nut butters while you’re at it)!
