Visited Vermont for the first time with @seventhgeneration to see peak fall foliage in action and learn how sustainability is integrated into everything the company does. Seventh Gen is driven by its mission to preserve the earth for the next seven generations (hence the name), a sentiment adopted from an Iroquois proverb. We learned about the recyclable packaging, biodegradable ingredients, and natural scent formulations in their cleaning products that not only don’t harm the planet, but really work too. Plus I got to see some cute animals at @shelburnefarms , make an all natural perfume with @bloomlabvt , and taste the iconic maple cremee 🍦🍁

I got the chance to travel to the stunning Oregon coast with @tillamook to see the journey of their dairy products from farm to grocery store shelf. From cheese tastings and pairings, to diving into the flavor innovation ice cream lab, to seeing the processing facility, to visiting the family farms, to learning about the company’s environmental stewardship, it was an incredible trip filled with endless amounts of delicious Tillamook cheese, ice cream, yogurt, and more. And to top it off I saw whales from the balcony of my hotel room at @headlandslodge

Last week, I went on the trip of a lifetime with @guayaki traveling through Brazil, Paraguay, and Argentina to learn about yerba mate. So much more than a drink, yerba mate is a fundamental part of the culture. It brings communities together - drinking it is a very social and communal act. We visited indigenous communities and family farmers that Guayaki partners with who shared how they grow and harvest the mate as well as the spiritual practices associated with it for generations. All of their mate is certified organic and shade grown using regenerative agriculture practices. Together, they are preserving traditions, native crops, and the environment through their inspiring work. 1. Paraguayans drink a lot of terere (cold mate) and carry these coolers around with them everywhere 2. With the Guayaki trucks surrounded by yerba mate trees in the forest 3. A Guarani tribal member proudly shows off one of the mate plants he cultivated 4. More baby mate plants 🌱 5. Rocio showing us how to prepare a gourd 🧉 6. Houses of the Guarani 7. Flowering mate plant 8. One of the many delicious meals prepared for us 9. Mate gourds are everywhere (even sold at gas stations!) 10. The endangered araucaria tree that provides shade to many plants (including mate) in the canopy of the Atlantic forest 11. Stunning Iguazu Falls 12. ^one of the 7 modern wonders of the world 13. Big mate tree 🌴 harvesters shimmy up the tree to collect the leaves 14. Fabi explains their conservation efforts 15. Carvings the Ache Kuetuvy community made 16. Touring the Guayaki factory 17. Delicious pastries made for us by the Quilombola community 18. Food security garden - the community decides what crops they want to grow and everything is organic 19. Hiking through Salto Encantado Provincial Park 20. The crew - so grateful to have met these lovely ladies 💖 #guayaki #yerbamate #mate #gourd #brazil #paraguay #argentina #southamerica

My first time in Jamaica did not disappoint - home of the friendliest, most generous, and chill people you’ll ever meet & the most beautiful and picturesque landscapes. It was awesome to get a sense of what life was like for my family who grew up on the island. I’ll be back again for sure 🇯🇲 Special thanks to @legacy_island_tours for taking us around the island and showing us all the hidden gems. . . . . . #jamaica #montegobay #negril #ochorios #marthabraeriver #coolbluehole #rickscafe
