更好的服務體驗和飲品
Good Standard~ Good Service~ - 關於海外客座 去年有幸參與了兩場海外的客座 分別在菲律賓的The Spirits Library 以及上個月新加坡的Last Word 個人其實對於能藉由客座
做些實質的交流 以及認識當地的人、事、物 其實是非常有興趣的
也都會為客座的店家設計主題 提供客製化的調酒
所以如果有適合的機會
也有勞各位先進引薦🙏 - Training Program 這個想法其實在前年考完WSET Spirits L3就萌生了
只是工程有點浩大 遲遲未落地執行 但是時候該讓八字有個一撇了 也期待不久的將來 能更各位分享更多 - 關於接案 目前看來第一季 應該是蠻有空的 如果有些有趣的酒水相關合作案或客製化案 也歡迎可以私訊洽詢 ————————————

– Overseas Guest Shifts
Last year, I was fortunate to take part in 2 overseas guest shifts at The Spirits Library in the Philippines and Last Word in Singapore last month.
Personally, I’m very interested in overseas collaborations that involve real cultural and idea exchange— meeting local people, and learning about their stories, places, and flavors.
For every guest shift, I design a theme specifically for the venue and create customized cocktails for the bar.
So if there are any suitable opportunities, I would truly appreciate any introductions or referrals 🙏
– Training Program
This idea first came to me after completing WSET Spirits Level 3 the year before last. I look forward to sharing more details with you all in the near future.
– Project & Freelance Work
