I’m back from a *little summer break* and nourished from time in Taiwan and Korea. I ate bread—and literally anything and everything else—like it was my job and came home to our fig tree bursting with goodness and my body reeling with food memories. Excited for the possibilities of flavor! The spicy fig jam is back in a new and improved form, alongside 소금빵, or salt bread, which is all the rage in Korea.
