@mortalkombatmovie was an absolute blast out of this realm and I can’t wait to rewatch it, I’m so glad @alliedglobalmarketing @warnerbros invited myself & @itsbeenreelmedia out to experience this a week early! Some of the set pieces were cool, the character chemistry was so enjoyable, it’s hilarious, and those action scenes were WILD If you love this franchise and wanted more since the first Mortal Kombat (2021) then you’re in for a treat with this stellar sequel. I was one of the first in the world to witness @youmetuscany and it is fun, cheesy, heartfelt, beautiful, BUT most importantly…MESSY. I was indeed lost in the sauce while watching this movie, the performances were great and @hallebailey / @regejean have incredible chemistry. This is the best theater experience that I’ve had (so far) in 2026 and the reactions were everything!! Cinema is the secret ingredient Many movies were watched. The film and entertainment community connected even more. I was in rooms that the younger version of me had only ever dreamed of. An incredible time was had at my first @sxsw and I’m so glad that I made these lifelong memories. Genuinely can’t even contain how exciting and inspirational this past week was, who would have thought that hitting “post” would get me in a position like this.
