We’re so excited to be partnering with Alison Bosworth @strongisbeautifulsd once again for a 90-minute hands-on self-defense training for women and non-binary folx ✨ This Galentine’s event is going to be on Saturday February 7th from 1-3pm MST here in Denver, CO. You’ll learn the following: - How to trust your instincts and act on them before a situation escalates - Simple, effective physical techniques (strikes, releases, escapes) - How to use everyday objects (keys, water bottles, your voice) as tools - the confidence to move through the world knowing you’re capable of defending yourself.
