Okay, so maybe it’s cringe to say I was dancing like no one was watching 😭 but that’s exactly how it felt. For years I’ve avoided certain classes because I was terrified of technique, leaps, and being barefoot (aka exposing my big ass black sickled feet 🦶🏽🤣). I always wanted to take the classes where I could “look good” and impress choreographers. But truth is…I’m not auditioning anymore. I don’t have to impress anyone. I dance because I have a unconditional love for dancing! .
This class felt like a little turning point! no pressure, no performance, just me, a full room, and pure joy. Mistakes and all, I was living my best life. ✨
@jaredhageman thank you for such a incredible class and teacher! I’m so proud of you mate. The numbers in class are always so high and you’ve grafted for that. it’s a pleasure to learn from you and not just have you “spank my ass” when I’m dressed as a tree 🤣🤣

Like I mentioned I got to dance for him on the series of mask singer but even dancers can’t talk with the artist and can’t be there for the unmasking so to actually speak to the man I grew up listening too, face to face is something I’ll never forget! This man’s music and dancing inspired me sooo much growing up so yes I’m truly fan girling throughout this video and I’m so okay with that ha!
