My first standard distance triathlon in pretty tough conditions🥵and managed to bag a 2nd🥈overall and 1st 🥇in age-group. Great turnout from @teamcherwell and thanks as always to @triforia.co.uk for coaching me. Next up is a mountain road race in Czechia so back on the road bike for some training! My @kalas_sportswear tri-suit has had a proper workout this year!
This weekend I took on the Cotswold 113 middle distance triathlon. Hoping to get a sub 5hr I came in 4hr 41mins. An idyllic swim followed by a flat but blustery bike leg into a nice run leg around the lakes with amazing support. Super happy with the time and massive thanks to my coach @triforia.co.uk for getting me into the best shape. Congrats to all members of @teamcherwell who competed this weekend.
