First longish ride on Friday since my crash in Mallorca in March. Beautiful day on the bike just about keeping up with the @tulliocc group on my gravel bike to give my shoulder a little bit more cushioning. Fabulous weather, fabulous company, excellent pastries and superb photos from @chrismcknight___ Next @tulliocc event will be back in Mallorca. Hopefully the shoulder will hold up!

Pretty epic MTB ride in the winter sun with the Phoenix Gravel and Trail crew for day 3 of the @tulliocc Christmas Cracker Challenge.

What a brilliant event on Friday at Derby Velodrome! And what a way to kick off our Tullio CC winter season with another cracking track experience. 25 riders joined us for a business and networking event like no other. Not only on two wheels, but on the banked boards of the velodrome. The group was almost perfectly split between novice/beginner and more advances riders who had been before several times. Which proved our point that anyone can do it. As along as you can ride a bike! When not whizzing around the track under the guidance of the brilliant coaches, it’s the perfect opportunity to chat to the other attendees in your group over snacks, refreshments and a spot of much needed rest. That’s why there is never any awkwardness or ice to break with cycle. Everyone goes home with shared experience and something to talk about. We even talked about it into the evening over food and drinks after. Thanks to everyone who came to this one. Watch out for the next event going live shortly, which we will look to do in February! Another great day at the Dierby Velodrome riding the track, as part of @tulliocc Only my second visit and I am not exactly built for speed on the boards, but I loved every minute of it. It was all about pushing myself out of my comfort zone and having a go. A brilliant mix of effort, nerves and plenty of laughs. There were around 30 of us there in total. I also met a wide range of business people, all ages, shapes and sizes in a setting that felt fresh and different. Good conversations. Good energy. A good reminder to try new things. I even won a medal. 🥇 (for not dying I think🤔) This cycling day was organised by @tulliocc . They also run regional rides. If you are into cycling or want to give it a try, look up your local Tullio event and come along for a ride. It’s a fantastic way to network. Plus, an added bonus for me I managed to bag a load of @myzonemoves MyZone Effort Points. If you are around the New Forest there is a Gravel Ride on the 5th December.
