10 years in this country and I never thought a brown queer Malaysian boy could be in print. Back in the day i wouldn’t even get any attention if I walked into a luxury store so this is a dream come true being an immigrant .

Took a 2 hour train ride from Nara to Mount Yoshino to meet Sakanaka. A true artist who crafts objects out of the Hinoki Cypruss wood.
We chatted , he took me to his workshop , we bonded through google translate and had eel for lunch.
