From hanging out with all my friends from all across the country to meeting such amazing wonderful human beings this festival always bring me closure and growth from the year before. OMG🥵🥵 this was one of those sessions where i put everything that has been going on in my life and threw it into my flow! Lifes been a crazy roller-coaster for me lately and its been rough just getting through the days but going to elements festival and working for the most amazing harm reduction team really showed me something bigger and im so grateful for everything this past weekend. This flow was really all of my emotions and everything thrown into it, it was the release that i needed im so grateful for movement and flow arts🫶

Washington state is so beautiful and I barely even explored. I am so grateful to have been able to immerse myself in the old growth and the mountains, they have wisdom and I learned alot from them:) Thank you everyone that had made this trip possible🫶 to end it all off woth tipper at the gorge was a dream✨️ (gorge post coming soon😉)

Cheers to 26! This yr was a wild one. Alot of up and alot of downs. I learned a lot about myself this yr and feels like ive grown so much! Im so grateful for this weird little life that i can call my own:) so grateful for my loved ones and everyone that has been by my side this past yr throughout it all and i love you! Cant wait to see what this yr has in store for me;)

Reflecting on this past weekend has shown me alot in terms of my personal life and personal growth Im grateful and happy for where I am in life and finally feel happy with the art Im putting out into the world🥹😊
