OMG🥵🥵 this was one of those sessions where i put everything that has been going on in my life and threw it into my flow! Lifes been a crazy roller-coaster for me lately and its been rough just getting through the days but going to elements festival and working for the most amazing harm reduction team really showed me something bigger and im so grateful for everything this past weekend. This flow was really all of my emotions and everything thrown into it, it was the release that i needed im so grateful for movement and flow arts🫶

Started my fire eating journey!!🔥🥵 I was able to get some practice on @lily.rosenberg new torches. Fire eating has been so freeing and feels so empowering I am very excited to expand on this skill:)
