I still have a looongggggg way to go with fire eating but I’m pretty proud of this burn, after months of not practicing, this definitely inspired me to get my own pair of torches and see where the fire takes me 💫
Digging this one way out of the drafts in honor of supersillyus weekend 🎡🎪 I had wayyy too much fun with @alphabetcitylaughs as wiggles!
Seeing supersillyus this past weekend at resonate was such a full circle moment. Gettin silly in the swamp for the first time in 2023, sparking my love for clowning and now three years later wiggles being born and on stage🥳
This was the most fun I’ve had performing, manifesting more clown shit this year!!🤹🎠

Falling in love with doubles
They really break my brain in the best way possible and the flow feels so different. I never thought I’d be a doubles person but I’m simply obsessed and just want to keep exploring all the infinite pathways, it feels like a new prop with a familiar love🥰

This workshop is so near and dear to my heart, it’s more than tricks- it is an exploration and journey into your personal flow. If you’re a seasoned hooper/flow artist who feels stagnant in your movement, or that you’re doing the same things over again, THIS IS FOR YOU. I will be bringing my own personal practices into this workshop and sharing my process of finding fluidity, creating new pathways, transitions, and uncovering how my body is asking me to move that day.

I think this was my last long flow sesh outside before winter really hit and I am SO excited that the sun is shining again and I can play outside🙂↔️
Trying to challenge myself with posting my flow more consistently and not overthinking every lil thing- flow is not meant to be perfect.
And speaking of flowwwww I have some really exciting news coming soon🙃….ooooh cue the suspense
•2025 in movement•
So many milestones were reached this year. I got my first LED hoop, fire flowed for the first time (and fell absolutely in love),hit so many pole and aerial goals, met amazing movement artists and had my first performances!!
I am so proud of all the work I’ve put into myself and can’t wait to spin, split, and drop my way through next year🌀

This event was incredible! I felt so proud to be a part of it 😽 Everyone coming together as a community to save Coney Island from the stinky casino was inspiring. And WE DID IT 🥳the casino is officially dead!!
