Isha_Srinidhi Nilaya by a+me architects Located in HMT Layout, Bangalore, Isha_Srinidhi Nilaya is a multigenerational home thoughtfully crafted on a compact 60 × 40 ft (2400 sq. ft) east-facing plot, with a total built-up area of 8,000 sq. ft. Overlooking a lush public park, the residence is envisioned as a layered architectural response to its urban context—balancing the need for privacy while maintaining a strong visual and spatial connection with the green expanse across the street. The design strategy focuses on maximizing natural light, ventilation, and views, achieved through the introduction of a double-height courtyard and garden-facing balconies across all habitable levels. The building envelope is intentionally opened toward the east, allowing key spaces—including the kitchen, dining area, bedrooms, and terrace garden—to enjoy uninterrupted park views and the gentle warmth of early morning sunlight.
