We’re honored to officially welcome Maui’s Annie Reickert to the OluKai ‘ohana as an ambassador. As a fearless big-wave surfer and trailblazing foiler, Annie has forged a sterling reputation for her prowess in harrowing conditions, pushing herself over the ledge at waves like Jaws and winning the Moloka‘i 2 O‘ahu Foil World Championships, but that’s only the beginning of her story.
A past competitor at The Eddie, Annie has rewritten the playbook for the modern waterwoman. On land, Annie trains her body and mind to be ready for whatever nature throws her way. Additionally, she’s also a talented artist, with many of her surfboards bearing her work with acrylics. Her passion for the ocean and love of the Islands continues to inspire us, and we look forward to sharing more of Annie’s journey.
