Hello from Paradise! 🤗 Hello from Cozumel, Mexico!🌴 In just two days, I‘ll line up for my last race in 2025, Ironman Cozumel! I‘m beyond proud of my season so far. I defended my title as austrian champion over the middle distance in triathlon. I became austrian champion in duathlon. I was the winner of Austria Triathlon Podersdorf half distance, finished on many other PRO podiums and did very well at my first elite duathlon world championships. And last but not least: I took the win at Ironman Chattanooga, which was my first ever full distance race!!💪🏆🥇 I‘m really looking forward to be racing on this beautiful island on sunday. I feel so privileged to be able to compete here as a PRO athlete, beeing a mother of two little boys🥰 and working full time as a medical doctor at my own ordination together with my mom. The women professional field is very strong, with three athletes that just finished top 10 at the Ironman world championships in KONA, Hawaii, just a few weeks ago, and some other really fast Pro Females. I could have finished this season with my first Ironman Pro win, but with regards on my qualification for the world championships in KONA 🌺next year, it‘s a great opportunity for me to see how my body reacts to the climate conditions that are very similar.🌞💨💦 Furthermore, I love the thrill of racing with girls stronger than me - This keeps me pushing hard every single day! So let‘s see whats left in the tank after a long season! 🚀 @omnipowercom @dna_teamsportswear @srmpower

You are an IRONMAN…Champion!!! As @anna.pabinger ‘s coach since one year, I want to share some thoughts on her long distance debut win at @ironmanamericas Chattanooga: First of all I am beyond proud of her, as she has not only been training really well, also the execution on race day was superb. Over the last 12 months we tried to optimize as much as possible, such as specific bike sets and running workouts, for becoming a more complete triathlete (and not "think" as a runner anymore). With my holistic approach of coaching, we tweaked equipment thoroughly and I made her understand, what an important role nutrition plays, especially in long distance triathlon (note: she did not have any GI issues or cramping during the race). On purpose, an Ironman with an easier first discipline thanks to a downstream river swim was chosen. Still, Anna was quite nervous before the race, but she managed it really well wearing a @blueseventy PZ4TX swimskin, clocking a 49:19 thanks to the pushing current of Tennessee River 🏊🏼‍♀️ On the bike she really nailed it, even though riding "by feel" without a head unit, only wearing her GPS run watch 🙈 See her @srmpower in a @trainingpeaks screenshot, followed by a WhatsApp communication we had, talking Watts. Note: Compared to her top-3 competitors off the bike, Anna rode everything "alone", and she has not done any aero testing yet. With a 2:59 marathon she truly showed her running strength on a brutal hilly course in quite hot conditions. Check out her longest key-run in another TP screenshot 👀 I‘m convinced that there is still lots of room for improvement and that this performance was only the beginning of a stellar long distance career 💫 Thank you for letting me be part of your journey to Kona 2026, Anna 🌋 📷: 1st & 10th by @hroshak.media 🫶🏻 all other photos by official FinisherPix #MWeissCoaching #IMChattanooga #ironmanchattanooga #ironmantraining

Austrian champion in duathlon 2026! Just 6 days after finishing 5th at Ironman South Africa, I defended my title as austrian champion in duathlon! I‘m super happy to be competitive at shorter distances, while only focusing on longer distances at the moment. Congratulations to @amelie_sattler and @nchbauer who shared the podium with me and also to my two teammates @fuchs_sebastian_ , who defended his title once again and @sebi_ab for a super strong 2nd place. 👏 This is going to be a great season! @dnatriteam Thanks to my sponsors!

#Duathlon #Maissau #Ergebnisse #Podium #TriathlonAustria #Laufen #Radfahren #HDSports Fotos © ÖTRV

5th at Ironman South Africa! @ironmansouthafrica I’m so happy that I was stubborn enough to travel here, after all my flights were cancelled and I spent hours on the phone trying to get another flight that takes me and my bike to Port Elizabeth. After a very choppy swim- even the good swimmers were struggling- I had a hard day on the bike. On the first loop I had some mechanical issues with my rear wheel, that made me stop three times. I was very cautious on the second loop and finally found my rhythm on the last loop. The run was extremely hard for me this time. I had to push so hard on the bike due to the wind and I wasn’t used to the hot conditions, as in Austria the temperatures are cold since months. But I kept remembering my husband @pabingerdaniel words; „Your race isn’t over until the finish line, everything is still possible for you on the run.“ And he was right, i fought really hard and started to pass many other pro women. I had the fastest run split and managed to finish 5 th in a very strong field. 🚀🚀💪 Thank‘s to all my sponsors @srmpower @omnipowercom @dna_teamsportswear , my family at home and special thanks to my coach @michaelweisstri , who spent so much time on the phone just to help me getting to South Africa. He had a great race himself, but due to a cold he cought on the plane, he could‘t push it until the very end on the run. He still finished 7th!👏 Congratulations to all finishers and especially to the top three Pro females: @daisy_davies005 , @katrine_grasboll and @danielableymehl ! 📸: @lenagosnjak

The calm before the storm…😍 Tomorrow is race day @ironmansouthafrica ! Just a few month ago, full distance racing was unknown territory for me. Now, I‘m trying to gain more experience and confidence over this distance. That‘s also one of the main reasons why I chose to race Ironman South Africa. A race that doesn‘t really suit my strenghts. With a difficult swim in the ocean ( I‘m sooo afraid), a tough bike ride on bumpy streets with strong crosswinds and a windy run course. Anyways, I love to challenge myself and I‘m very excited about the race tomorrow. I‘ll do my best!🤗🚀 @omnipowercom @dna_teamsportswear @srmpower @dnatriteam
