Not my best day at @apfelland_triathlon 100k middle distance, finishing in 11th place.
Stale and unable to respond with lack of power on the bike and missing speed on the run 😬 Legs just weren’t there 🤷🏻♂️
Must be a mix of being sick for almost 10 days before and after Ironman South Africa 4 weeks ago, followed by some long Ironman-spefic training sessions (which went really well).
Just a couple more of those before @challengestpoelten in less than 2 weeks, leading up to @ironman_austria 🎯
